Villa Renata in Okrug Donji, Split-Dalmatia County, offers well-equipped apartments near the sea. Conveniently located near beaches, shops, and transportation, it’s an excellent choice for a coastal getaway. It's about 30 meters from the beach, sits on a 3,300 m² plot enclosed by dry stone walls, and is surrounded by olive trees, figs, lemons, and oranges. The view from Villa Renata is magnificent, overlooking islands of the Trogir archipelago such as Fumija (opposite the villa), Drvenik Mali and Veli, as well as Šolta. Note: Private parking is available, reservation is not required. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Pets are allowed with notice. A baby cot is available on request. Damage deposit is 500EURO paid in cash to the Owner which will be returned upon checkout Pets Fee is 300EURO paid in cash to the Owner This four-bedroom can accommodate up to eight guests. It features an internet-enabled TV. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Thanks to its excellent location, everything you'll need for your vacation is just a short walk away. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants—everything is within a 2 km radius. The beach is 20 m away from the property. The airport is 8 km away from the property.
