This beautiful villa is in an old village called Podgora and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and old stone ruins.
Outside there are a big terrace with a table and chairs for six people, a roofed summer kitchen with a gas grill and sink, and as a highlight the 30m² infinity pool. There are four sun loungers. Three private parking spaces are available.
The villa with 220m² of living space is very spacious and consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a big living room with a dining area and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a modern and comfortable corner sofa for six people and a big plasma TV. The dining space has a table and six chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, sink, microwave, fridge-freezer with an ice-making machine and water dispenser. There is also a dishwasher. On the first and second floors there are the bedrooms with a double bed each, each with its own bathroom and a balcony with a sea view.
The beaches are only around two kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, bars, a pharmacy and other amenities are all within four minutes by car. The islands of Hvar and Brac are just short boat ride away. It is two hours by boat to Dubrovnik and just an hour to Split.
The villa is brand new, air-conditioned and has all modern furniture. The villa is especially suitable for families and couples who would like to treat themselves to a beautiful holiday in a little village and near beaches and tourist amenities. Here you can enjoy true peace and quiet. The view of the Adriatic Sea is simply wonderful.
