Newly built (2017) designer villa with sea views from the private heated infinity pool
The holiday villa is situated in Split Podstrana, a popular residential and tourism vacation area with numerous beaches, hotels, private houses and fantastic nature surrounded by the sea and mountains.
If you are looking for a place near the beach, near the attraction of world heritage sites in Split but enough far away from urban noise, or just a place for a truthful enjoyment of crystal clear seawater and stony beaches of southern Croatia, you have come to the right place for your holidays in Croatia.
The Villa offers 100 m² of living space, it is air conditioned and heated. There is a spacious open plan area with fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living space, SAT TV, 2 double bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a huge sofa bed in the living area.
All bedrooms are with en suite bathrooms with walk in showers in each.
Outside is private parking, an heated infinity pool with jacuzzi and a large covered terrace with dining furniture and a comfortable barbeque area.
Your private terrace and pool area are surrounded with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
We can organize with our partners different tours, sightseeing, transfers and trips to our beautiful islands.
