This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature with a beautiful sea view and no other houses nearby.
Only a hundred metres from the less frequented bays with crystal clear water. You can take long walks in nature or use the bicycles.
The house is on three levels: on the ground floor is the kitchen, three steps down is a bedroom with a double bed and on the third floor is the living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV. Also on the third floor is a bathroom with shower. On the large covered terrace there is a dining table. The sea is ideal for fishing and snorkelling.
For the power supply there are solar cells. In the large garden of 1500 square metres there is a barbecue area. The first square is 2 km from the house and there are restaurants there. The supermarket is 1.5 km from the house, tourist attractions are Krk, Vrbnik, Baska.
