**Welcome to the picturesque Residence Felix in Kukci! Our charming holiday complex consists of 3 bungalows and 3 flats, nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden with barbecue areas and an inviting communal pool. Situated just 3 km from the glittering beach and the historic old town, Residence Felix offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday that combines relaxation and cultural experiences in an ideal way.
The Felix holiday flat on the 1st floor is characterised by its cosy furnishings, which extend to around 75 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. With two inviting bedrooms, a spacious 30 square metre living room and a dining room equipped with air conditioning, as well as a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), this flat offers all the comforts of modern living. There is also satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC and a terrace that invites you to linger.
In the outdoor area of the complex you can relax in our tastefully landscaped garden or savour culinary delights at our barbecue areas. The communal pool invites you to enjoy refreshing moments under the Mediterranean sun. Each accommodation unit also has a parking space for cars and bicycles, so you can explore the surrounding area without any worries. The communal pool is heated from mid-April to mid-October.
Surrounded by the idyllic Istrian countryside, there is a small corner shop in the immediate vicinity for your daily shopping and the Marina restaurant, which tempts you with local delicacies. Porec, the charming little town in the surrounding area, will delight you with its historic old town, picturesquely situated on a small peninsula. The region offers numerous opportunities for activities such as cycling tours, hikes and a wide range of water sports along the rugged coastline with its rocky and pebbly beaches.
