Holiday house Oliva is located in a quiet neighbourhood Porec Jug, only 15 minutes walk from the beach Brulo and about 900m from the old town of Porec. The house has been partially renovated and is situated on its own 100m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with barbecue and garden furniture is for private use.
The holiday home Oliva offers space for 6 people and is spread over 110m2 on two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with access to the covered terrace with garden and garden furniture, and bathroom with shower/WC.
