Villa Livija is located in Mali Maj, about 2.5 kilometres from the old town of Porec and only 400 metres from Materada beach. The house is located in a quiet place and thanks to its facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All holiday flats were partially renovated in 2015.
