Villa Livija is located in Mali maj, about 2.5 km from the old town of Porec and only 400 metres from Materada beach.
The house is situated in a quiet place and thanks to its
tion, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All holiday flats were partially renovated in 2015.
