Villa Livija is located in the district of Mali Maj, about 2.5 km from Porec old town and only 400 m from Materada beach. The house is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities, and all the flats were partially renovated in 2015. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a common plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal an open 50m2 pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining, as well as a well-kept garden for common use.The holiday flat Livija A2/2 for 2 persons is located on the ground floor of the house on a living area of approx. 33m2 and has a living-dining room with satellite TV, kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and exit to the covered terrace with seating, and bathroom with shower/WC. There is a car park in front of the house.
