This spacious villa is located on a 400 m² property in a quiet part of the municipality of Privlaka and is ideal for 6-7 people.
The 180 m² villa extends over the ground floor and offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as three bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. The villa has a 60 m² terrace overlooking the pool, which is equipped with parasol, sun loungers, table and chairs. The courtyard of the property has a heated swimming pool, a children's playground and a relaxation area with barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, table and chairs. In the courtyard there is a pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and satellite TV. In the basement there is a fitness room (treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, weights), a sauna and a massage chair.
Air conditioning, WLAN, satellite TV, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bicycles, 1 scooter, garage and car park on the property are available to guests free of charge. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Check-in from 16:00.
