The luxury villa is located in Privlaka, a picturesque settlement next to the romantic town of Zadar, and is an ideal location for a quiet vacation, as well as for active exploration of nearby places such as Nin, Zadar, or Vir. The house with impressive interior and exterior decoration is located in a quiet location and is surrounded by endless greenery that gives guests complete privacy.
Villa is a modernly equipped house with a large concrete yard and swimming pool. With two bedrooms with a TV and two modern bathrooms, it can accommodate up to six people. In addition to the rooms, there is also a spacious living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leads directly to the courtyard with the pool, which gives guests an extraordinary experience. In the morning, I can make a cup of coffee from the coffee machine and head straight for the fresh air enjoying the peace lying on comfortable deckchairs. When the sun starts to burn, there is a large pool where you can refresh yourself, and later watch a spectacular sunset from it, which is said to be the most beautiful in Zadar. The terrace also has comfortable outdoor furniture where guests can relax with a book, and a glass of cocktail or socialize with a plate of Dalmatian delicacies. Summer nights can be spent with BBQ gatherings - they have a grill and accessories for it at their disposal. The villa is covered by an excellent wi-fi network, has air conditioning and heating, and guests are provided with private parking. This oasis offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the charms of all seasons.
