Situated between the centre of Pula and the beach in the district of Veruda Porat, this holiday flat is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities and leisure pursuits. The holiday flat is located in a side street of a quiet, purely residential area near the Marina Veruda marina. The fenced plot is planted with palm trees, olive and fig trees and other Mediterranean plants and has a size of approx. 480m², including a large barbecue area with seating. Shaded parking spaces for approx. 4-5 cars are also available. The apartment has a bedroom with a double and a single bed (on a separate level). The holiday flat is divided into two levels by a few steps and therefore visually separates the open-plan living and dining area. This offers additional sleeping accommodation for one to two people in the form of a sofa bed.
