This villa built in 2012 is for eight people and offers around 260m² of living space, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It affords a wonderful sea view and enjoys a quiet location. It is the ideal place to relax.
The beautiful holiday house has four comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor and three in the attic, all with double beds. All the rooms have an LCD TV and a mini safe. There is a modern living and dining area with a large kitchen, a dining table for eight people, a comfortable sitting corner in the living room with a fireplace, flatscreen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and stereo system.
There is a beautiful roofed terrace with a large table and seating for eight people. Outside there are also an outdoor grill fireplace and a comfortable lounge seating group, from which one can enjoy a lovely view over the pool towards the sea. All the rooms are air conditioned and there is central heating. There is a leisure room in the basement with a pool table. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All the bedrooms have a double bed and their own bathroom. One additional small child under four years old can be accommodated.
The pool measures 8 x 4m and has a counterflow system and solar heating. All three rooms in the attic have their own balcony with a sea view.
