The villa is newly built (2018) in modern architectural style where you can feel, luxury touch, sea and sun. This magnificent villa is an example of first class properties that can satisfy even the most demanding guests. Villa is located in Dignano / Istria with sea view for the Brijuni Islands, just 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach. It is located on a 1600 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being located on 300 m2. It has an imposing exterior, partly covered with stone, It has a 40 m2 swimming pool with salt. A part of the pool has air and water massage.
The house offers sauna, Jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms equipped with their own bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The four bathrooms have a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the dining room that large table that can accommodate 10 people plus 2/3 children. In the living room who are modern sofas.
