This holiday apartment with a balcony is on the ground floor of the detached villa and is especially suitable for a family holiday with two children.
The furnished balcony is ideal for meals together outdoors.
The living space of 75m² comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa, TV and dining space, an attractive shower room and a walk-through kitchen towards the private terrace. The bedroom has a double bed with one large mattress (140 x 200cm) and a three-door wardrobe with ample storage space for your luggage. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. The two bedrooms open onto a terrace through an external door that can be darkened with blinds. You can relax in the living room on the three-seater sofa, entertained in the evening by the little TV with satellite channels. Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available. The kitchen has a two-ring hob, a coffee machine, a microwave, a big fridge and freezer and a kettle for self-catering. There is a round dining table in the living room. The modern shower room has a bath with a shower screen, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a WC. There is also a second separate WC with a washbasin.
