The apartment building is in the middle of the historic old town of Rovinj in the Istrian region.
The 10m² partially roofed terrace provides a table, garden chairs and a barbecue. There is also a small and inviting terrace in front of the apartment. A parking space is provided.
The apartment with parquet floors is on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The living room has a sofa suite and a TV, as well as air conditioning and an open fireplace for heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and also has a dining table and chairs. The bathroom provides a shower.
It is not far from the centre or from the beach. There are also shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
