The holiday villa is located in small town Stobrec, less than 10 min driving to the center of Split and 250 m from sandy and pebble beach.
Private pool 22 m2, spacious outdoor dining area with barbecue, summer kitchen, playing area and private parking.
The ground floor is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatcreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.
On the second floor there are three rooms and a bathroom with a shower.
House is just 20m distance from Tennis court, 400m from Golf course and 200m away from Football field. It is surrounded by local stores, green market, cafe bars, restaurants, pizzerias. In the neighborhood there is a tourist camp Stobrec with great and spacious SPA offer, restaurant, bar and sandy beaches with daily entertainment. Diocletian palace in City of Split and famous Split waterfront promenade is 8km away, historical pirate town Omiš is 18 km away and UNESCO protected city of Trogir 28km, Krka waterfalls 88km away and famous Plitvice Lake 250km. There are also great shopping malls only 2km away (City center One and Mall of Split). The villa is an ideal place to relax and enjoy in peaceful oases of Split suburb area.
Three adult bicycles and two children bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge, free Internet Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.
