This holiday apartment benefits from a spectacular location right by the sea, in the little village of Preko on the east coast of the sunny island of Ugljan in the Zadar archipelago, an ideal place for all those who would like to spend a relaxing holiday with plenty of sun and sea, far away from tourist noise. Modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment in a recently renovated (2007), traditional stone house with a panoramic sea view from the private sunny balcony right above the sea
The double bedroom has direct access to the private sunny balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs. The balcony literally hovers over the sea and you can experience spectacular sunsets here. The shared outdoor terrace is right next to the sea and you can use the grill and dining area. If you arrive by car, then there are secure parking spaces in front of the house. The owner occupies the lower floors and is happy to assist with any queries.
The apartment occupies the top floor of the three-storey stone house from the 19th century, which was completely renovated in 2007 and fitted with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is accessed up outdoor stairs and has its own separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. The living space of 45m² comprises a light and airy, open kitchen with a dining space, two bedrooms and a luxuriously fitted bathroom. The kitchen provides a hob, a fridge and freezer compartment, a toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Right next to it a dining table with four chairs invites you to enjoy meals together. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the second bedroom provides two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, which can also be joined together as a double bed if required. An additional single bed (90 x 200cm) can be provided for the double bedroom on request. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a TV, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom tiled with an elegant black and white design is fitted with a shower cubicle, a big washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a washing machine are available for use free of charge.
The apartment is only about 350 metres from the centre of the little village of Preko with shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The picturesque little islands near Ugljan make an interesting day trip. It is only 1km to the boat harbour.
