Villa Marilena is a newly built holiday home with a pool and a beautiful panoramic view. The agrotourism Mekiši with a rich gastronomic offer of Istrian specialities is only 800 m away and in Vižinada, 2 km away, there is the nearest shop, coffee bar and ATM. For lovers of active holidays, there is an attractive hiking and cycling trail Parenzana nearby, as well as several well-known wine cellars. It is only 20 minutes by car from Porec and the nearest beach. The house is situated on a partially fenced garden plot of 250 m² with manicured lawn and flowers, a 32 m² pool and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a lovely terrace with dining table and barbecue as well as 2 parking spaces.
