This modern holiday house is in a perfect location: 30 meters from the beach in a beautiful fishing village, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, crystal clear sea, restaurants with fresh seafood. But it is at the same time just a 20 minute drive away from the buzzing town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot).

In front of the house there is a large, furnished terrace, with a Mediterranean garden next to it with a bbq. Free public parking 45 m from the house, it is not possible to reach the property with the car.
It has a brand new, modern and cozy interior. There is a huge terrace next to a mediteranian garden
with a BBQ.

The 75m² house comfortably fits seven people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second offers one double bed plus one single bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (for two persons). Furthermore, the house has a spacious, air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The modern bathroom with grey and white tiles is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin.

hotspot).
The nearby local restaurants serve delicious fresh seafood daily. There are shops for self-caterers within walking distance. It is just 20 minutes by car to Trogir, the tourist hotspot in the region.

The whole house is all yours and no one else lives in it while you are there.
