This modern villa with a swimming pool is located in a quite part of the island of Vir named Lozice. The villa of 140 m² is spread over two floors and can accommodate a total of 10 people.
The villa is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room, an additional bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the space is divided into four bedrooms, two with a double bed and their own bathrooms with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds and an additional bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. To the villa belongs a roofed terrace (30 m²) equipped with table and chairs. The courtyard of the villa (300 m²) has a swimming pool and a relax area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower, loungers and a parasol.
Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.
