This holiday home is located in a quiet location on the island of Vir called Radnjaca and is ideal for 6-8 people.
The 118 m² house is spread over two floors and is divided into a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and a 3 m² balcony with partial sea view, table and chairs, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. On the ground floor in front of the house there is a 5 m² covered terrace with table and chairs. The house has an inner courtyard (25 m²) with barbecue and outdoor kitchen, 15 m² of which is covered and equipped with parasol, table, chairs and deckchairs.
Air conditioning, WIFI, satellite TV, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and car park on the property are available to guests at no extra charge. The property also has a garden with barbecue, parasol, deckchairs and outdoor shower. Guests have a cot and high chair at their disposal.
