The house is placed in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach in a peaceful town near Vodice.
The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and a sunshade. In the yard there is a barbecue available to all guests and an outside shower.
This apartment is 50m2 in size and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and living area and a bathroom. There is one bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a oven and stove, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a coffee machine and electric kettle. In the living area there is a sofa bed for one person and a TV. Also, there is one bathroom with a shower.
The beach is only 200m walking distance from the apartment. There is also a grocery store and a restaurant nearby, some 400 away. Vodice town center known for it's exciting nightlife is only 2km away and it is possible to reach it by foot or bicycle along the coast promenade.
The apartment is air conditioned and has WiFi coverage.
Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price, as well as final cleaning.
Additionally, there is a washing machine available to all guests in a separate room.
