The house is placed in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach in a peaceful town near Vodice.
The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and a sunshade. There is a pool in the back yard to be used by all guests as well as a barbecue.
This apartment is 50m2 in size and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. There is one bedroom with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a oven and stove, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a coffee machine and electric kettle. Also, there is one bathroom with a shower.
The beach is only 300m walking distance from the apartment. There is also a grocery store nearby, some 250 away and a restaurant some 200m away. Vodice town center known for it's exciting nightlife is only 2km away and it is possible to reach it by foot or bicycle along the coast promenade.
Please note that this second floor apartment is available by stairs only.
The apartment is air conditioned and WiFi is available and there is a washing machine in a separate room available to all guests.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price as well as final cleaning.
