Modern furnished holiday apartment with a private terrace, close to the city of Zadar and the sea
This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey family house, in an ideal location close to the beach and near the historic centre of town.
It is equipped to accommodate up to three persons and features a living area, fully equipped kitchen unit, a bright and modern bathroom and one double bedrooms. The bedrooms has a 160cm x 180cm king size bed. The living room enjoys air conditioning (hot/cold) and is furnished with a sofa, cable and satellite TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, providing a comfortable additional sleeping space for one more persons. The kitchen is complete with Ceran cooktop, microwave fridge and large freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee machine and a toaster. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a wash basin with large walled mirror, and a toilet. WLAN internet access, inside the apartment and in the garden area, is available free of charge.
The apartment is in a great location for all those who want to be close to the beach and also near the centre of town. The sandy beach with sun loungers and sun shades for rent is less than a five minute walk away from your apartment (approx. 200m) and offers a wide range of water sports. Zadar boasts a historic old town of Roman ruins, medieval churches and museums. The historic part of town is also within walkable distance, only approx. 10 minutes away from your apartment. Here, you will find a great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants for all tastes. Public transport is nearby, you will find a bus stop outside the local shopping mall and the main post office, only approx. 3 min away from your apartment.
