Villa Ariana covers 125m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
Equipped with everything you need, it will provide you a peaceful and pleasant vacation not far from tourist attractions and places worth visiting.
It is located in Policnik, only 12 km from Zadar and 10 km from the beautiful beaches in Novigrad or Posedarje.
The villa is spread over two floors. The living room has a large and comfortable couch that can be used as a bed for two people. The TV in the living room has satellite and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room are located right next to the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house, each with an extra large double bed, and bed linen and towels are available free of charge. The bathroom is extremely spacious and has a shower.
The most beautiful part and pearl of this house is its fenced yard with a swimming pool, a covered terrace with furniture and a fireplace for grilling.
