This little oasis of peace is located only 8 km from Dubrovnik and is reachable from the City by a regular bus service, the ride taking some 20 minutes.
A unique promenade, a few kilometres long, divides the bay into two places, Štikovica - Zaton Mali and Zaton Veliki (Small and Big Zaton).
Veliki Zaton has a post office, bank, shops, bars and restaurants.
What you will not find in Zaton are large hotels and crowds, so if you are looking for a place to relax, you will certainly be delighted with Zaton.
Here you can enjoy various activities such as walking, jogging, diving, climbing, surfing and windsurfing.
