This holiday home is located directly by the sea in one of the most beautiful Pomeranian health resorts: Sarbinowo. The house is located on a large fenced garden plot directly on the beach. The wide, clean sandy beach lies directly behind the garden fence, but currently without direct, private access.comfortable wooden house - enjoy the proximity to the sandy beach for beach walks, water sports and relaxation for the whole family

There is also a car park right next to the house. The property with an area of 1200m² and a beach chair can be used. The public passageways to the beach are only 50 metres away.

Well-kept rooms await you in the approx. 60m² wooden house. On the ground floor there is a combination of living and sleeping accommodation for two people with satellite TV, shower, toilet and washbasin, fitted kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and a covered terrace with seating. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms with double beds. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the dunes and the sea.

Peace, clean air, beautiful scenery and the convenient distance to the attractive town centre (300m) highlight the advantages of the excellent conditions for hiking, cycling, water sports and fishing for the whole family. Shopping facilities and numerous restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away.
