Villa SzaraSowa is situated in a tourist village on a slope falling gently towards the lake. In our village and the villages surrounding the lake you can find many picturesque restored buildings. Nature untouched by civilisation. Just a few kilometres from our village there is an indoor swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, horse riding. Marked cycle paths and a playground are nearby. The lakes in our municipality are included in the silence zone. Ideal conditions for relaxation, swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, Nordic walking, horse riding, for lovers of photography and simply exploring nature.
The PUCHACZ flat is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/sleeping room, a bathroom and a covered terrace.
Comfortably furnished, rustically furnished, bathroom, TV, WiFi and lake view.
Adults and young people from 12 years of age are welcome

Living/sleeping room furnishings; 180/200cm bed, bedside tables, large chest of drawers with fridge and tea/coffee maker. Wardrobe, coat rack, table and two armchairs.
The bathroom is spacious and includes a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, towel dryer and toilet
Exit to the terrace for exclusive use. The terrace has a table and armchairs.
For our guests on the grounds: garden, lawn right by the lake ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, water jetty with gazebo, deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas.
Parking is on the property and in front of the property.
Outdoor area on several levels; steps from the car park to the house and steps from the garden to the lake.
Access to the house is via an unpaved road only (gravel road about 400m).
You have four bicycles and a rowing boat for free use.
Also included and at no extra charge: parking, WiFi and beach equipment.
We have a pier and direct access to the water for swimmers.
Distance to the grassy public beach in the village 300m.
Shops, pharmacy, restaurants approx. 3.5 km away.
Cycling paths in front of the property, and fields and forest complexes not far away.
