The house is on the ground floor of a building that was completely restored in 2016, spread over two levels, separated by 6 steps.
On the upper level, there is a generous patio, the bedroom (with a double bed), the bathroom and the bathroom and office (with double sofa bed). On the lower level, you'll find the kitchen and a large, open space that houses the library, dining area and living room.
Although located in the typical Bairro da Beira-Mar, in the heart of the historical
centre, the house is in a quiet street and has been perfectly soundproofed.
