Three minutes' walk to the Atlantic coast - ideal for divers and hikers, with three diving centres nearby! In a pleasant location, close to the wild and romantic rocky bays of Canico de Baixo, the flat is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. Nature lovers have landed in the right place! Depending on your mood, you can choose between mountain hikes along the famous levadas and all kinds of water sports. A wellness centre is very close by. Our house has twelve flats spread over four floors. This flat is on the third floor with panoramic views. You enter the house from the back and only have to walk up half a floor.
There are plenty of parking spaces, but from 08.00 to 18.00 they are a short-term parking zone that costs 40 cents per hour. Free parking at weekends and at night
The flat has a north-facing bedroom in Madeiran style with large, new beds. A living room with a small pull-out couch, satellite TV with flat screen, a practical hatch to the kitchen, where you will find a 4-burner ceramic hob, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hand mixer, a microwave and a washing machine. And the cosy, covered breakfast balcony with a wonderful sea view.
And of course there is a shower/WC! There are plenty of towels and bed linen available, which can be removed at will
