This is a holiday flat in a cosy and comfortable apartment building, built in 2011. It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque fishing village of Fuseta. It has a sunny location in a car-free resort. The distance to the sea and the beach is about two kilometres. It is easily accessible, being only 20 km from Faro Airport.
There is a communal swimming pool (4 m x 11 m) and public parking in the street for shared use. There is a shop, a supermarket, a bus stop every km, a supermarket is about 2 km away, a restaurant about 1.5 km, the train station about 700 m, the sandy beach of Fuzeta about 2 km and a golf course (18 holes) about 5 km. Nearby attractions are in Olhão 10 km, Tavira 10 km, Faro 30 km, Seville 250 km, Montegordo 25 km, Albufeira 60 km.
