It is located in a calm and peaceful place in the Ponta Zone of the island. It is a 5-minute drive from the Ponta da Ilha Lighthouse, 5 minutes from the Ponta da Ilha pedestrian trail, a protected area of the Natura 2000 network and the vineyard's Cultural Landscape area. With two natural swimming pools very close by and fishing areas. Restaurant, supermarkets, cafes 2 minutes away by car.
It is fully equipped with cable and satellite TV, with foreign and national channels and free internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and blender.

Outside the house there is a picnic patio, with tables and chairs and a barbecue, where you can have your breakfast
calmly, as well as other meals.
