The house is equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, fridge, washing machine and cable TV. It overlooks the River Sado and the Arrábida mountain range and is a 5-minute walk from the boats to Troia, typical restaurants where, among other dishes, the famous fried cuttlefish is served. The town of Setúbal is part of the so-called Costa Azul, an important port and commercial area. One of its main activities is undoubtedly fishing, and is increasingly sought after by tourists, who find excellent routes to discover in the town and its surroundings. With a pleasant historic centre, the traditional pedestrian streets of the market line lead us to a beautiful avenue, which offers a huge refreshing garden. Situated on the River Sado, the town offers visitors the best and freshest fish and seafood.

Also of note are the excellent beaches, namely Figueirinha, Galapos and Portinho da Arrábida (a beautiful sheltered bay), and on the opposite bank of the river Sado, which is easily accessible by ferry, the Troia peninsula is around 18km from the beaches and a golf course.

Around Setúbal are areas of unspoilt nature, namely the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve, where dolphins can be seen in the wild, and the Arrábida Nature Park, with unique features, including species found only in neighbouring areas of the Mediterranean.
