This purpose-built holiday home, spanning a floor space of approximately 95m² with a 22m² terrace, is ideally located to enjoy the region's Mediterranean climate, cheered by breathtaking mountain views.

The interior is delicately furnished to offer comfort and style. The entrance opens onto a spacious living/dining room equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe. The presence of a cosy fireplace area adds a touch of warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings. A separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and oven, together with a small bedroom with a bunk bed and separate toilet, complete the interior comforts. There is also a practical wardrobe with sink and mirror.

Outside, guests can relax in the sunny garden, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, to enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The terrace protected by electric awnings offers the perfect refuge on hot summer days, while a pergola with a stone table and benches under the shade of kiwi trees invites guests to relax. In addition, a private swimming pool, available from July to October weather permitting, offers an extra touch of luxury, completing the outdoor experience with a depth of up to 1.7 metres.

Here, fig, camellia and wisteria blends with the village's authentic architecture.
