The 2.5-room apartment has been completely renovated in a modern Alpine style and features an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring double bed, and a high-quality sofa bed is available in the living and dining area. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The building has a washing machine, dryer, and a ski and bicycle storage room for shared use.
The apartment in the "Milimatta" house is located in a well-maintained multi-family building that is primarily inhabited by local families. The quiet surroundings are complemented by lawns that can be used for relaxation or play. There is a free parking space available directly in front of the house. The location is particularly suitable for active sports enthusiasts: The cross-country ski run and a paragliding school are only 200 meters away.
