This spacious private apartment has parquet flooring, temperature control, wooden ceilings and walls, sound and heat protection windows. It has 2 bedrooms with large double beds. A sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional double bed. The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, wardrobe / closet and mosquito net. A well-equipped kitchen with a standard fridge, an oven and a convection oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. Kitchen utensils and children's high chairs are also available. A private bathroom with tiled marble floors, shower and bath, hairdryer, toilet, paper and towels. It has a seating / dining area with a dining table, a flat-screen TV with radio and satellite channels. Washing and tumbler are available in a separate communal laundry room. A barbecue is available in the garden. All our apartments and rooms are non-smoking.
