The holiday home on Brambrüesch, the local recreation area above Chur, offers relaxation close to nature at 1500 metres above sea level with the most beautiful view of the Grisons mountains. The house with its large balcony and seating area is situated on a plot of over 700 square metres. Access to the house is guaranteed all year round.
Brambrüesch is the ideal starting point for hiking or biking in summer or snow sports in the family-friendly ski area in winter. Lenzerheide can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car.
The house has two floors. On the upper floor there is a cosy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with a double bed and a bay window. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a teenager's room with a pull-out sofa bed and a table football set for fun game nights. Guests have access to all rooms in the house except the storage cellar. Restaurants on Brambrüesch: Malixerhof (incl. overnight accommodation), Bergbeiz, Battagliahütte
Shopping facilities are located in Malix (farm shop and petrol station shop) and in Churwalden (Migros and Coop) or in Chur.
