Small detached house (22 m²) with covered terrace (8 m²) in a quiet residential area with side views of the lake and mountains, comprising a living room/bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), a small separate kitchen with 4-burner hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine; lovely bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and WC. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, BBQ and hairdryer available on request. Access to the garden. 5-minute walk from Minusio Locarno bus stop, shops, bank, restaurants, etc. 15 minutes on foot from the lake, 20 minutes from Locarno station (7 minutes by bus no. 1). No smoking, no pets allowed. Wifi free of charge. We speak German, French, Italian and English. This accommodation only accepts adults (children are not allowed). No space for an extra bed.
