The flat has 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200). The jewel in the crown of the flat is the 21m2 terrace with lounge, barbecue, dining table and magnificent views of Lake Lugano. The complex includes 2 swimming pools and 2 large sunbathing lawns directly on the lake. The car can be parked in the underground car park. Morcote is 1.5 kilometres away on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the flat there is a bar, restaurant and a boat harbour. A small shop is a 7-minute walk away. All larger shops are 10 minutes away by car in the "Centro Lugano Sud" in Grancia. If you are looking for something more sophisticated, you can be in Como in 30 minutes or in Milan in 45 minutes. For nature lovers there is a hiking trail to Monte Arbostora or San Salvatore directly behind the flat. The minimum stay for renting the flat is 4 days.
