The flat presents itself as a 2 ½ room flat with a charming elongated floor plan that includes a double bedroom cleverly separated from the living room by a curtain. A spacious living room opens to the south, equipped with an inviting fireplace, a comfortable set of cushions and a dining table, perfect for cosy evenings. There are 2 foldaway beds in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. The open-plan kitchen is generously proportioned and equipped with all mod cons such as an electric cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine. For practical everyday use, you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer with timer in the basement.
Outside, a picturesque south-facing balcony awaits you, offering a wonderful view of the ski area. An underground car park offers secure parking and a practical ski room is available for your winter sports equipment. The direct proximity to the Platz chairlift, which is just a 5-minute walk away, makes our offer particularly attractive for ski enthusiasts.
