Welcome to the heart of the idyllic Upper Engadine, to our cosy 3-room flat located in the village centre of Samedan. After a complete renovation in autumn 2016, this flat not only offers a top location, but also combines traditional charm with modern comfort. Ideal for anyone who wants to explore the extensive range of leisure activities on offer in the Engadin or simply relax.

The flat boasts a high-quality interior: a double bedroom and a small bedroom, both lovingly decorated in Swiss stone pine wood, provide a natural and cosy sleeping environment. The living room, also in Swiss stone pine, has a cosy sofa bed that invites you to relax in the evenings. An open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, makes self-catering a pleasure. The pull-out table with space for six people, laminate flooring, TV, radio, telephone and internet round off the offer.

Outside, a garage is available to our guests. Those who spend their holidays in our domicile not only enjoy the amenities of the flat, but also the advantages of the excellent infrastructure in the Engadin - including the possibility of using public transport free of charge for longer stays.

The location in Samedan opens up unlimited possibilities for leisure activities in the impressive natural surroundings of the Upper Engadine. The region offers a wide range of sporting activities in both summer and winter: From skiing in the world-famous Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch and Diavolezza/Lagalb areas in winter to extensive hikes or mountain bike tours in summer. Art and culture lovers will find a wide range of attractions in the village centre of Samedan, including old Engadine houses with sgraffiti, the "La Tuor" cultural tower and the traditional "Planta House". Pure relaxation is guaranteed at the Mineralbad & Spa, just two minutes away, while the local mountain Muottas Muragl offers the most beautiful view of the Engadin.
