Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret near the village fountain.We have rebuilt the house in 2022/2023.The living room and the kitchen are modern and generously furnished.The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed and a large wardrobe.wardrobe. A small room for shower and WC.The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity.The ski bus is also only 2 minutes away.Some of the hiking trails start from the house.Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.The village centre Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a nice hike.By car approx. 5 minutes.Free of charge: Parking in front of the house. Ski room.
