On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, bar and TV with a capacity of 25 people, ideal for meetings or relaxation, a fully equipped professional kitchen, 1 dormitory with 10 beds (including 1 sofa bed), 2 separate toilets, 1 double shower, a washing machine/dryer room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, and two adjoining bedrooms with a bunk bed and 3 beds. The Gentiane flat of 100 m2 is located on the first floor. Two bedrooms with 3 beds, a large living room (with 1 sofa bed), a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. The two units can communicate from the inside.
