Discover our cosy holiday home in the heart of the picturesque Fex Valley, located in the hamlet of Crasta near the church.

This 3-room flat on the 1st floor of a charming Engadine house dating back to 1813 promises an authentic holiday experience. Equipped with a separate entrance, it offers you a special kind of retreat, far away from the stress of everyday life.

Please note that direct access by car is not permitted, but parking is available in the nearby underground car park in Sils-Maria. Guests are collected from Sils-Maria on the day of arrival and brought back to Sils-Maria on the day of departure. Regardless of whether you arrive by public transport or by private car.

Inside, the charm of the flat unfolds in its lovingly furnished interior. The two bedrooms, fully panelled with local Swiss stone pine, each accommodate two single beds and exude a calming, natural ambience. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, etc. The cosy dining area with corner bench invites you to linger together. From the kitchen you have access to a balcony (5 m2) facing south-west. Here you can enjoy the sunset. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin (renovated in 2023). In the living area you will find a comfortable seating area and a TV - plus internet access for your digital needs. Small balcony facing south-east from the living area.

The outdoor area makes nature lovers' hearts beat faster, as you can explore the extensive network of hiking trails right outside the front door in summer or set off on cross-country skis or snowshoes in winter. Fex Crasta is also well situated for ski tours, e.g. with Muott'Ota, Piz Salatschina etc. Piz Led, Piz Fora and Piz Tremoggia are ideal for high-altitude ski tours.

Alpine tours are also possible in summer. Crasta is an ideal starting point for a tour to Piz La Margna or, further back in the valley, Piz Led, Piz Fora, Piz Chapütschin and Piz Tremoggia.

Sils Tourism offers an attractive cultural programme all year round.
