Spacious, bright 3 1/2-room flat on the ground floor, comfortably and cosily furnished: Living/dining room with large dining table, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue and raclette set. Entrance area with large wardrobe, 1 room with double bed and 1 room with bunk bed (additionally two emergency beds can be used). A baby cot (without duvet) is available. Swedish stove and underfloor heating.
In front of the house, the sunbathing lawn with barbecue area, garden table and parasol invites you to linger. Storage room for skis/snowboards is available and sledges and bobsleds are available. Two outdoor parking spaces are directly in front of the house. Ideal for your short stay! Minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year. Leisure facilities: - Mountain bike and hiking paradise directly in front of the house. - 3 minutes walk to the Patrutgsee with fireplaces, bathing jetty and ice field - 3 minutes walk to the ski lift - 5-minute walk to the Skihütte restaurant - 15 minutes by car to Thusis with shopping facilities, railway and post office - 25 minutes by car to the historic Viamala Gorge
