In addition to excellent cultural activities, the surrounding area offers a variety of activities such as climbing, llama trekking, wild beaches along the river, and more. The region is also a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. • 5-room house on 3 floors • Central location in the village center of Verscio • Restaurants and shops within walking distance . Ground floor (entrance area) • Wardrobe, wall mirror • Bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, hairdryer • 1 double bedroom, queen-size bed (160 cm) • Large wardrobe, armchair • 1 bedroom with single bed (140 cm), chest of drawers • Storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer • Private garden seating area with stone table . 1st Floor (Living Area) • Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, and fireplace • Fireplace (not available for use) • Exit to balcony with table and 2 chairs • Open, well-equipped modern kitchen with dining table • Ceramic hob, oven, microwave • Refrigerator, freezer • Dishwasher • Kettle, toaster (sandwich toaster) • Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) • Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet . 2nd Floor (Attic) • Spiral staircase to the open-plan living/sleeping area • Living room with sofa and TV • 1 double bed, 160 cm • Air conditioning • Public parking approximately 150 m away • Two deck chairs • Pets on request • No smoking, please smoke only outdoors • Heating costs mandatory from the beginning of November to the end of March: CHF 85 per week • Deposit CHF 800 upon credit card payment
