Very quiet and central apartment on the first floor of a two-storey building in the town of Alcúdia. The long and wide sandy beach of the bay of Alcúdia is only about 190 meters, i.e. 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment has a very large terrace with garden table, four chairs, parasol and two sun beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric grill.
The living room has a large plasma TV with satellite channels, a large comfortable sofa, table and chairs, WLAN, an extra bed and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing board. The beautiful, large room has two single beds that can be pushed together. The bedroom is air-conditioned, but can also be well ventilated thanks to its large window.
