The flat is located next to the beach, close to shops, bars and the promenade of Arguineguín.

Enjoy this modern flat located only a few steps from the sea and with small swimming pools on the roof terrace where you can relax and sunbathe.
The flat consists of two bedrooms and a terrace equipped with armchairs to enjoy the sun of the south of Gran Canaria.
The beach is only a few metres away, as well as bars, shops and restaurants.
