It is located 2 m from the "Búger" bus stop, 2 km from the "Búger" train station, 2 km from the town of "Búger," 9 km from the "Sa Pobla" supermarket, 19 km from the "Hidropark Alcúdia" water park, 24 km from the "Can Picafort" sandy beach, 24 km from the "Alcanada" rocky beach, and 24 km from the "Alcanada Golf" course. It is situated in an ideal area for families and enjoys a rural setting. The property features a garden, garden furniture, a fenced yard, a 100 m² terrace, a barbecue, a fireplace, an iron, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a children's play area, a private pool, outdoor parking, a TV, and satellite TV (Spanish, English, and German channels). The open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric appliances, includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax.
